Due to our limited number of fitting rooms, we require appointments to shop quinceañera and special occasions.
How far in advance should I order my Quinceañera dress?
We suggest ordering your gown at least 8 to 12 months before your event to allow time for shipping and alterations.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes! Our highly skilled and experienced seamstresses will ensure your gown fits you perfectly for the big day.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because special occasion gowns are extremely delicate and many are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Do you offer layaway or payment plans?
Yes! We offer a layaway for 50% down, with full payment due within 8 weeks of purchase date.
How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
Due to limited seating, we ask that you limit your guests to two people.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry a wide range of sizes for every Quinceañera! We carry sizes 00-20 in our store, with the ability to order up to size 28.
Do you only carry Quinceañera dresses?
We are a one-stop shop for your head-to-toe glam! We carry jewelry, shoes, and other accessories to complement your quinceañera gown. We also carry a curated collection of dresses for mothers, damas and guests so everyone can celebrate your day in style.
What designers do you carry?
We carry sought-after designers like House of Wu, Ashley Lauren and Ragazza. We also offer our exclusive "W Collection" quality gowns at an affordable price.
