Appointments

• Appointments are required due to limited rooms. We also provide you with a dedicated stylist and personal attention.
• Walk-ins are welcome, based on availability, for accessories and other services.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can maximize your fitting experience.

Guests

• To ensure a comfortable and focused environment, each Quinceañera may bring up to 2 guests.
• Children must remain supervised at all times for their safety.
• Our boutique is designed to make the Quinceañera the star. We ask that feedback be kept positive and encouraging.

Trying on Gowns

• Our gowns are delicate and require assistance. A stylist will help with fittings and adjustments.
• For the best experience, we recommend minimal makeup and appropriate undergarments.
• Please handle gowns with care. Our team will always be nearby to assist.

Payments & Layaway

• We offer layaway with 50% down and bi-weekly payments.
• The balance must be paid in full before pickup.
• All sales are final, as special occasion gowns are delicate and often made-to-order.

Alterations

• All alterations are performed by our professional in-house seamstresses who specialize in formalwear.
• A perfectly tailored fit is one of the most important parts of your gown, and we take pride in providing this service.

Moms & Family

• We also carry an extensive selection of Mother of the Quinceañera gowns, so moms can celebrate this milestone in style.
• Ask your stylist to guide you through these options during your visit.
